Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jett", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jett platform and its operating entity, accessible at jett.onl.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a jett account.
• "Platform" means the jett website, mobile-optimised site, downloadable application, and all associated services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the jett Platform.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" refers to the BDT funds held within a Player's jett Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or match bonuses awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Player via an approved payment method.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, gaming, and ancillary services offered through the jett Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all jett transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jett Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or game stake, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jett's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jett Platform and close your Account. Continued use of any jett Service after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

Eligibility

To register for and use a jett Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jett does not permit the use of its Platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of whether online gambling may be legal at a lower age in any jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or affiliate of jett, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a jett Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the jett Platform or imposed by a recognised gambling support authority.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the jett Platform complies with any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. jett makes no representation that its Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To access jett's real-money Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one active jett Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jett reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without notice.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jett is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests above minimum thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (National ID card or passport) and a recent selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and during any subsequent KYC process is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally. Providing false, incomplete, or stolen identity information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jett Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jett Account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and never share your 2FA codes with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing jett from a shared or public device.
• Notify jett support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. Any activity conducted via your Account credentials is your sole responsibility.

jett will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jett that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

jett accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. jett reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and credited to your jett Wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited. jett does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. jett reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will not be processed in the following circumstances: where KYC verification has not been completed; where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; where jett has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or where an Account is under review or suspended. jett reserves the right to withhold and investigate any withdrawal request that triggers its fraud-detection systems.

Bonuses & Promotions

jett may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all jett bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 and above only. One bonus per household, device, or IP address applies unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• jett reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting patterns, or hedging bets to guarantee profit — will have their bonus forfeited and may face permanent Account suspension.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on jett are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, competition, and market type. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

8.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is considered placed and binding only when jett's system has confirmed the wager and issued a bet reference number. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that bets have been correctly placed and confirmed before the relevant event commences. Bets placed after the official event start time ("in-play" bets) are subject to the in-play rules applicable to the relevant market.

8.2 Odds and Pricing

jett reserves the right to alter odds at any time prior to bet confirmation. In the event of a manifest pricing error ("palpable error"), jett reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Wallet. jett's decision on palpable errors is final and binding.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void if the event is abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, if a palpable error occurred in pricing, or if jett determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised. Void bets are refunded as the original stake returned to the Player's Wallet.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

jett applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Player, as specified in the relevant sport-specific rules. These limits are reviewed periodically and may be amended without prior notice.

Casino Games

Casino games offered on the jett Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, and exclusive titles such as Captain's Bounty — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own return-to-player (RTP) percentage and game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface.

jett does not control the outcome of any casino game. All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled studio conditions. jett provides no warranty regarding the outcome of any individual game session or the realisation of any particular return-to-player percentage over any given timeframe.

Game malfunctions void all related pays and plays. In the event of a technical failure that affects a live dealer game session, jett will follow the relevant game provider's resolution procedure, which may result in the voiding of affected rounds and the return of stakes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jett Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement to influence the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Using the jett Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the jett Platform, its odds data, or its software.

jett reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, without prior notice and without obligation to disclose the specific grounds for suspension to the Account holder.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jett Platform — including but not limited to the jett brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, data feeds, odds compilations, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jett or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jett Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the jett Platform without prior written authorisation from jett.

Privacy & Data

jett collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jett uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and jett's servers. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from jett's operational funds. jett does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gaming

jett is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of player protection tools accessible from within every registered Account. These include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders and reality checks; temporary cool-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion with no reversal option once activated.

Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use jett's self-exclusion tools and to seek independent support. Account Suspension & Closure

jett reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement.
• Extended period of Account inactivity (greater than 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction).

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified Real Money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jett, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jett Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from sports betting or casino game outcomes.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data transmission errors beyond jett's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by third-party payment providers that delay or prevent the processing of deposits or withdrawals.
• Changes to the availability of games, markets, or services resulting from third-party provider decisions.

jett's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jett's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jett Platform, jett encourages Players to first contact the jett support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution.

jett's decisions on matters of account management, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and game outcomes are final and binding, subject to manifest error. Players who remain dissatisfied after engaging jett's internal complaints process may seek recourse through appropriate independent channels.

Amendments to These Terms

jett reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jett will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide registered Players with reasonable notice via their registered email address or a Platform notification.

Your continued use of the jett Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting jett support.
